Shipping Policies:
Shipping prices vary depending on the merchandise and the region to which they are shipped. UPS is our shipping provider. We can provide a tracking number for all packages shipped domestically. This option is not available to items being shipped internationally.
Order Process:
All orders received after 12pm Pacific Standard Time - USA will be processed and shipped the following business day. All orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday.
Customs and Import Information:
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.
Book Return Policy:
Please order with care. We are unable to accept returns or make exchanges on any merchandise except: 1) If an item is received in a damaged condition, or 2) If there is an error in an order on our part. (Items must be returned within fourteen days of delivery .)
Workshop Registration:
Registration for Move Like a Champion™ workshops opens as soon as the workshop dates are announced. You may register through www.movelikeachampion.com or you may call 510-336-9426 for registration and billing.
Cancellation Policy:
If you have paid your balance in full and wish to cancel your reservation before two months prior to the start date of a Move Like a Champion™ workshop, we can convert your payment, less a $75 cancellation fee, to a non-refundable credit that you can apply toward any Move Like a Champion™ product, or future workshop, for up to one full year.
If you have paid your balance in full and wish to cancel your reservation after the two month deadline and up to 14 days prior to the start date of a Move Like a Champion™ workshop, we will retain 25% of the total paid and convert the remainder to a non-refundable credit that you can apply toward any Move Like a Champion™ product, or future workshop, for up to one full year.
If you have paid your balance in full and wish to cancel your reservation within 14 days of the start date of a Move Like a Champion™ workshop we will retain 50% of the total and convert the remainder to a non-refundable credit that you can applytoward any Move Like a Champion™ product, or future workshop, for up to one full year.
You must call us at 510-336-9426 for a return authorization or cancellation.
